Return Policy

**Please note, returns and exchange inquiries will not be handled by our Instagram account.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order we currently allow items to be returned for a store credit or an exchange of the same item in a different size and/or color only.

All return or exchange inquiries must be made within 7 days from the delivery of your order. 

• Items must have all original packaging, labeling and tags.

• We do not accept items that show visible signs of wear.

• Sale items, bodysuits, underwear and swim garments are not returnable.

• Original shipping cannot be refunded

• myNinàdontplay reserves the right to deny exchanges if the item(s) does not meet policy standard.

Damaged/Defected Items

If the product is damaged and/or faulty upon delivery, we will offer an exchange or full refund.

Just email myninadontplaystore@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll be sure to get you the item you ordered!

Returned to Sender

If an order is sent back to us, customers are responsible for additional shipping cost to redeliver their item.

 

Store Credit

Our store credit is non-transferable and does not have an expiration.

 

International Orders

We do not provide any shipping labels for international returns. International customers will have to cover return shipping costs if they are interested in returning or exchanging an item. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages during international transit.
